Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Stufdi, a service for connecting social accounts and preparing or scheduling social posts.
Using the service
You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and use only social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for reviewing scheduled content and confirming it complies with law, platform rules, and the rights of others.
Social platform connections
Connecting a platform authorizes Stufdi to use the permissions you approve for the features you request. Platform access can change or be revoked. Stufdi does not control third-party platforms, their availability, or their decisions about content or accounts.
Your content
You retain your rights to content you provide. You authorize Stufdi to process that content only as needed to provide the features you use, including scheduling and publishing when you instruct it to do so.
Prohibited use
Do not use Stufdi to violate laws, platform terms, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or to distribute harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized content.
Availability and changes
Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Stufdi is provided to the extent permitted by law without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are violated or necessary to protect users, platforms, or the service. You may stop using Stufdi and revoke connected-platform permissions at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Stufdi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of third-party platforms or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Contact the developer using the email listed in the Stufdi app’s Meta for Developers settings under App settings → Basic → Contact email.
